The Board of Emergency Services Commissioners of Nueces County Emergency Services District No. 3 (NCESD3) will hold a Public Hearing to vote on the proposed 2025 tax rate on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bishop Fire Station 1 located at 1000 East 1st Street, Bishop, Texas.
